Operations Manager — Wakefield Pacific
Rebecca Bagnall.
The structure, performance and operational excellence behind a firm that refuses to run like a traditional accounting practice.

Operating philosophy
"A great client experience isn't a department. It's the by-product of clean systems, a capable team, and a culture that holds itself accountable."
— Rebecca Bagnall
Background
Built inside the world's largest firms. Sharpened for a strategic one.
Rebecca brings extensive experience from working within large multinational firms earlier in her career, combining high-level operational capability with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally knowledgeable, and known for a "get it done" attitude.
At Wakefield Pacific she oversees the systems, workflow, team coordination and operational performance that allow the firm to keep growing while protecting a premium client experience. Working closely alongside the leadership team, she's heavily involved in improving internal processes, implementing technology, and managing workflow and capacity.
Rebecca is also a major driver of internal team development — leading training, mentoring and the working systems that hold the firm to a higher standard. Operational discipline with genuine support for the people around her.
Operating principles
Four rules that shape how we run.
01
Systems before heroics.
Great client work shouldn't depend on someone working a 60-hour week. Build the system, then the work scales.
02
Communication is the product.
Clients judge us on responsiveness and clarity as much as the technical work itself. Both are non-negotiable.
03
Train the team, raise the floor.
Continuous training and mentoring lifts everyone — the team, the work, and the experience clients receive.
04
Discipline with warmth.
High standards and a high-support culture aren't opposites. They're how we keep both people and performance.
